QANTAS has launched further discounts on tickets on some domestic routes as airlines continue to be hit by the financial meltdown.
The flying kangaroo is offering $69 flights from Sydney to Melbourne and Sydney to Cairns for just $135 among 38 destinations.
Qantas executive general manager John Borghetti said the sale offered tickets up to "40 per cent below our year round lead-in domestic economy fares".
The discount runs until midnight, March 2
