DILI: Dili-based Timor Air and Brisbane-based Australian airline SkyAirWorld are to create Timor Air - a new national carrier for the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste (East Timor). President of the Republic of Timor-Leste, José Ramos-Horta, officiated at the signing of the historic agreement in Dili.
